This is our specialist area.. Our Principle and Founder is a highly experienced veteran of this space and has worked on boutique publications, world-famous brands, and industry-specific media companies. We know paywalls, regwalls, metering, self-serve, analytics, propensity, and all things subscription economy inside out. We’ve built them, migrated them, improved them, and delivered measurable, tangible results.
CMS & Systems Migration
With all the best intentions, some technology choices do not stand the test of time and companies find themselves in a world of technical debt that’s holding them back from growth opportunities. We’ve dealt with this many times in some extremely high-traffic environments and delivered efficient migration plans and practice with zero downtime, zero data loss, and minimal disruption. It’s one of the most stressful technical projects a company can undertake so consider a team who’s successfully undertaken the process many times before.
Caretaking BAU & Change
We can provide CXO’s as a service (the acronym CXOSAAS probably won’t catch on though!). What does this mean though? Well, not every company needs a full-time CTO but could very much use one ‘on-call’ when needed.
